Signs It Is Worth Testing
Mold rarely announces itself. In Michigan homes the usual triggers are a basement that smells earthy after a thaw, a bathroom or laundry room with no working exhaust fan, staining on a ceiling below a bathroom or roofline, window frames that sweat through the winter, or any space that took on water during a storm and dried slowly.
