Hello and welcome. My name is Chad Fisher, Certified Residential and Commercial Inspector and the owner of Fisher Home Inspections, LLC.
I have been serving homeowners and businesses across Michigan since 1997, completing thousands of inspections throughout the state. With decades of hands-on experience in the construction trades, I bring practical knowledge of how homes and buildings are built—from foundations and framing to roofing, interiors, and mechanical systems.

Based in Genesee County, I remain committed to helping clients protect their biggest investment with thorough, professional, and trustworthy inspections. I will never ask or even hint to repair your issues in the house.
I can repair these issues for you, but I will NEVER ask because that's called "A Conflict of Interest". I will however, recommend a very reputable service or contractor to you. When you receive your report, you will also have alot of great information to go along with it, such as a referral list, maintenance tips & tricks and a packet of just what to look for in your home and how to make it more user friendly, in PDF formats.
